Privacy Policy
Your information, handled with care.
Last updated: July 4, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Manzano Fractional Finance collects through this website, how it is used and stored, who processes it, and the choices you have. We keep this deliberately short and plain-spoken — the same way we handle finance.

1. What information we collect
Information you provide
When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the information you choose to enter:
- Required: your name, your email address, and a short note about what prompted you to reach out.
- Optional (only if you add them): your company or firm name, phone number, a description of what your business does, how your finances are handled today, anything on your horizon (such as growth plans, financing, or a transaction), and which service you're mainly interested in.
If you email us directly, we receive whatever information you include in your message.
Information collected automatically
- A one-way hash of your IP address — not your IP address itself. To protect the form from spam and abuse, our backend converts the IP address of each submission into an irreversible cryptographic hash (a salted SHA-256 value) and stores only that hash. Your actual IP address is never written to our database, and the stored hash cannot be reversed to recover it. It exists solely to enforce a short-term submission rate limit.
- Standard technical logs. Like virtually all websites, the infrastructure providers that host and power this site (see below) may automatically record technical request data — such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps — for security, reliability, and diagnostics. We do not use this data to identify or profile individual visitors.
2. How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about our services;
- Prepare for an informed first conversation about your business;
- Operate, secure, and improve the website, including preventing spam and abuse.
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell, rent, or trade it. We do not send marketing emails or newsletters through this site.
3. Where your information is stored and who processes it
We rely on a small number of established service providers to run this site. They process data on our behalf:
- Supabase — our backend and database provider. Contact-form submissions are transmitted to and stored in a Supabase database, which acts as our data processor.
- Vercel — our website hosting provider, which serves these web pages.
- Google Fonts — our pages load typefaces hosted by Google. When your browser requests them, Google may receive your IP address and standard request information. This is governed by Google's own privacy policy.
These providers operate on cloud infrastructure, and your information may be stored or processed in the United States.
4. How we share your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We share it only:
- With the service providers listed above, strictly so they can help us operate the site and respond to you;
- If required to do so by law, or to protect our legal rights, safety, or property.
5. Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. It does not currently use third-party analytics. If we add privacy-respecting analytics in the future, we will update this policy first.
6. Data retention
We keep contact-form submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain reasonable records of our business communications, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. The spam-prevention hash described above is stored alongside a submission and is removed when that submission is deleted.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you've shared with us at any time — just email info@manzanofinance.com and we'll take care of it.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — including the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Because we do not sell personal information, there is nothing to opt out of on that front. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email above and we will respond as required by applicable law.
8. Security
Information is transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection, access to stored submissions is restricted, and the form is protected by the spam and abuse safeguards described above. No method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure, but we take reasonable, appropriate measures to protect your information.
9. Children's privacy
This site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and for material changes we'll make the update clear.
